I was most satisfied the staff was friendly, professional, helpful and understanding. They explained what was going on and what was needed since I had no knowledge of roofs.

I would like to recognize Matt and Greg. When they tore into the roof, they were very honest. When they saw what else they had to do, they fixed it and got it done in one day. We had a terrible storm here the next day. If that storm had hit before the new roof, it might have torn up the entire roof. They also worked on the chimney. I didn’t expect them to do that. I was really pleased with them.

They were in an out in no time. They were highly choreographed, it went really well. I had a very great experience with Greg Tyner and his company. I am going to email him today and ask if he will drop off business cards. I would like to give them out to my friends. I would like to recognize Greg Tyner, and Matt Tyner, was also very available.

They were very personable and always replied to phone calls. The workers were efficient and clean. Everyone was respectful. I appreciated that Greg provided an explanation of the different supplies that would be used. He helped us decide certain colors. Greg and his son Matt provided exceptional service. The foreman of the installation crew also provided exceptional service.

Their communication in general was pretty good. We have used them on other projects before, and that is why we come back to them.

Tyner Roofing replaced my roof that was damaged in a hail storm.  His crew was fantastic.  They arrived early and worked steadily throughout the day, cleaning up as they worked, and they finished the entire project in only one day! They did an excellent job cleaning up, and nothing at all was damaged in our landscaping or anything else.  We would have been satisfied with the cleanup job the crew did, but then Greg arrived the next day and went over everything again, checking the work, and even went through the whole yard with a magnet to make sure they got all the nails.  Communication was top notch throughout the project and the work and materials all look great!  Thanks for such an easy experience!  I would totally recommend Tyner Roofing to anyone!

Greg came by the house and not only explained everything to me, but provided me with materials that showed exactly what I was getting (how many layers, what materials, the warranty, pictures of the shingles, vents and finished product, etc.). “Greg was very good at explaining all aspects of the new roof installation – why he used the particular shingles, attic ventilation, etc. When old roof was torn off, problems with old decking and fascia were revealed, and Greg went above and beyond to deal with these issues. They had a problem first thing when they started taking the old shingles off, there was no decking under the shingles and he called to let me know we had a problem and it was going to be more expensive. He got a hold of my insurance company and it was no time and they had decking here. The team got the old shingles off and the decking on and the new shingles on and all in the same amount of time that he had estimated to me. He has a great team that works for him! He helped me so much with the insurance company, and I really appreciate all his help!!”

“Greg Tyner is attentive to every detail from beginning to end. He establishes rapport with the client, identifies exactly what is to be done and then assures that it is. A contract is presented and upon signing the work began in 6 days. Preparation for protection began the evening of day 1 . The foundation plantings and deck were tarped, the drive was set with plywood to protect from the dumpster and garage door and deck windows were covered with plywood as were the open porches. The installation began immediately following and was completed in 1 day. All siding and roof joints were tamped down to assure sealing, the atttic roof fan was appropiately removed and the wiring sealed off and the furnace vent joint was checked to assure it was solid. The workmanship, service life and stain prevention warranties were completed and I might add they are transferrable should the home be sold. Top of the line shingles, vent boots, ice barriers, etc were used all around and even the vent pipes were painted to match the shingle colors. On day 2 the protective matetrials were removed and a magnet was used about the perimeter to assure no flat tires would be realized or bare feet punctured. The project was professionally managed and speedily completed at a reasonable price with excellent product and better workmanship.Tthe home looks gigger and better than when it was built. All in all we could not be happier and we give the overall project a Triple A.”
